Service & Supply
Our National 24/7 Breakdown service is operating to provide critical products and services to all our customers whilst adhering to all State and Federal safety control measures relating to COVID-19.
PIRTEK’s National Distribution Centre carries over six months of inventory at any one time.
Supported by PIRTEK’s 97 strong national Centre network across Australia carrying all the required items you may need to service and supply local customers demands.
Health and Safety
PIRTEK Service and Supply Centres are still open for business with additional cleaning, hygiene and safety protocols implemented.
We are taking extra precautions in our Distribution Centres, stores and across our services, including encouraging our people and members to maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metre at all times.
PIRTEK is able to service, supply and repair without any direct customer interaction, with the following implementation of our health and safety breakdown service protocols.
– Taking special precautions to practice social distancing when attending to Service callouts.
– Ensuring proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is in place and being used
– Increasing hygiene measures, both personal and in vehicles
– Communicating via pMOBILE and over the phone
