Shell V-Power Racing Team has announced an extension of their partnership with world leading assembly and fastening materials company Wurth, which will see them continue for a fourth year in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship.
With Wurth employing more than 75,000 employees globally and operating throughout more than 80 countries worldwide, the Wurth Australia team support Shell V-Power Racing Team with a product offering that is superior in quality and advanced in technology.
The local partnership between Wurth Australia and the team dates back to the Dick Johnson Racing era, with Wurth becoming a foundation partner of the Shell V-Power Racing Team in 2015.
Chief Executive Officer of Wurth Australia and New Zealand, Serge Oppedisano, said that the partnership between Wurth and Shell V-Power Racing Team has been exhilarating, with his 725 staff engaged across Australia & New Zealand all integrated into the sponsorship program.
“We’ve been working together with Shell V-Power Racing Team for many years, and it’s always been a highly valuable partnership for us with increased brand exposure both on and off track,” said Oppedisano.

Shell V-Power Racing Team will next appear on track at the Darwin Triple Crown at Hidden Valley Raceway across the weekend of June 16-18.
