Victorian trackside fuel seekers will have an added level of convenience when it comes to their race meetings, with RaceFuels introducing the ‘R Card.’
Offering secure and easy payment, the R Card will enable users to simply visit the on-site RaceFuels team, fill-up their jerry can or race car and complete the payment with their R Card.
The card will be linked to account details with forms available at Racefuels.com.au.
Customers will be able to use it at Phillip Island and Sandown, as well as RaceFuels’ headquarters at Dandenong South in Victoria.
The cards are issued at no charge to approved customers.
RaceFuels director Mark Tierney says that the R Card will offer peace of mind and convenience, especially at busy race meetings.
“Race meetings can be busy and stressful, which is why we want to make our competitor’s lives as easy as possible, we are also phasing out cash transactions,” said Tierney.
“Those with the R Card can almost be guaranteed faster service too, which will speed the entire process up for all customers at the track.
“Any approved team or competitor will be able to have an R Card, but we see it being really well suited to club, state and historic-style racers who use small volumes of fuel over a race weekend.”
The first event where the R Cards will be in use will be at the Victoria State Motor Racing Championships at Sandown this weekend.
