Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport is delighted to welcome UNIFIN, the leading independent leasing company in Latin America, as an Official Race Partner of Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport for the 2018-2020 Mexican Grands Prix.

Over the past 25 years, UNIFIN has become Mexico’s leading leasing company by promoting talent, innovation, competitiveness and teamwork. These values are essential foundations of Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport’s success in recent seasons – and of the team’s aspiration for continuous improvement.

Since re-joining the Formula One calendar in 2015, the Mexican Grand Prix has quickly established itself as one of the season highlights, combining over a hundred thousand passionate fans with a prime city-centre location. Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport secured race wins in the opening two editions of the race, while last year saw Lewis Hamilton claim an historic fourth World Drivers’ Championship at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.

UNIFIN is already present in a number of different sports, always supporting talent in top-line events to strengthen the growth of Mexico. It is therefore a logical step for the company to partner with the reigning world champions at one of Mexico’s premier global sporting events, underlining the vibrancy of the country’s strong motorsport tradition.

As part of the partnership, UNIFIN branding will feature on the bargeboards of the Mercedes-AMG F1 W09 EQ Power+.
