McLaren official pace car partner of the 4 Hours of Zhuhai the opening round of the 2016/2017 Asian Le Mans Series
The McLaren 570 S, the newest sportscar launched by the Woking based manufacturer will be the leading car for the event.
4 times Le Mans 24H winner (in 1995 with McLaren) French Yannick Dalmas not only will be the leading car driver, but will also be driving the McLaren VIP guests around the track.
David McIntyre, Managing Director – China, McLaren Automotive: “As the reigning GT3 Champion from the 2015/2016 series with the McLaren 650S GT3, we are delighted to provide the 570S as a Pace Car for the opening round of the 2016/2017 Asian Le Mans Series.
To have Yannick Dalmas, who won the Le Mans 24 hours in 1995 in the legendary McLaren F1, now driving the 570S in Zhuhai, is a real privilege. In addition, McLaren owners will also enjoy priceless time with Yannick on- and off-track, and we are looking forward to a really great event.”

Meanwhile LeTV, the major and fast growing sport dedicated website in China will include the Asian Le Mans Series in its motorsports portfolio. The ACO run Endurance Series in Asia returns to China this year with the opening round scheduled on 28/30 October 2016 in Zhuhai.
Before the season kicks off, LeTV will broadcast the 2015/2016 Asian Le Mans Series 26′ Highlights programs until the end of October. The Asian Le Mans Series exposure will then continue with both the live streaming (when available) of the races and the broadcast of the 52′ Highlights programs.
