Leigh Burges is set to take on the mountain for the Bathurst 6 Hour endurance race. Last year he finished 1st in Class B1 with V8 Supercar driver Jack Perkins in the BMW 335i.
This year Leigh Burges is going for an outright win with the new Mercedes AMG A45 and will team up with co-driver Rod Salmon.
“It’s the biggest and toughest race of the year for the Australian Production Car Series with over 60 cars starting the race on Sunday. After a successful test in the Mercedes AMG A45 I am confident and looking forward to taking on the mountain!” said Leigh.
