Aidan says

“Fuji Speedway is an amazing track with a lot of history, below the famous Mount Fuji. It has a 1.475Km straight which is the longest on the calendar. I expect see the highest top speeds of the season this weekend which is a thrill.

“I have raced in Fuji before in the 2016 Asian Le Mans LMP3 and in Blancpain Asia last year. The first two sectors have good flow and higher speed, the final sector is the real challenge as it is very technical and climbs uphill.

“I have seen big developments in my confidence and aggression in GT this year and we have seen good raw speed from Porsche in Suzuka. The Craft-Bamboo team have been working extremely hard to isolate problems on the 991 from the last round and I expect to be in a top car on pace. I can’t wait to get back behind the wheel and continue to execute my best stints.”
