Tekno Autosports has taken the covers off its livery for this weekend’s Adelaide 500 Supercars season opener.
The Gold Coast operation has struck a deal with Brisbane signage company SS Signs which will become the primary backer of the #19 Holden Commodore on the streets of Adelaide.
Having run a plain black car throughout pre-season testing, the team will continue with the look which will now feature splashes of blue and orange on the bonnet and doors courtesy of SS Signs.
The commercial arrangement is just for this weekend’s Adelaide 500 with the team set to announce a new major partner in the coming weeks.
“The SS Signs team are professionals and perfectionists. Tekno have had a successful and rewarding relationship with SS and we are proud to be able to share their services in house with Tekno Performance customers,” said Tekno Autosports managing director Jonathon Webb.
“We have achieved some great looking racing liveries together since 2011 and I look forward to announcing our Major Partner in the coming weeks with the assistance of the SS Team.”
New signing Jack Le Brocq will display the colours for the first time in opening practice on the Adelaide streets at 0945 local time.
