Experienced broadcaster joins Ten’s Supercars team

Aaron Noonan
Motorsport media identity Aaron Noonan will join Network Ten’s Supercars broadcast team this season.
The experienced former Seven and Supercars TV commentator will be part of Ten’s live coverage of six Supercars events beginning at this weekend’s Adelaide 500, followed by Townsville, Sandown, Bathurst, Gold Coast and the Newcastle finale.
Noonan, who worked for Seven and Supercars TV from 2007-2014, will primarily report from pit lane during the broadcast, joining the Ten team, headed up by Matt White, who will be joined by Kate Peck and Nissan Motorsport driver Rick Kelly.
He will also provide stories and interviews for Ten’s RPM motorsport magazine show.

“Joining the Ten team last year (at Bathurst and Newcastle) was great fun so to expand that into something more permanent for 2018 is really exciting,” said Noonan.
“I’ve been busy with plenty of other commitments in the last few years but it’s nice to come back to television and come back with a deeper involvement in the Supercars pit lane.
“Adelaide is the perfect place to kick off the new season and the start of a big year for me with Ten. We’ve got some cool stuff cooking for RPM stories this year too with plenty of awesome racing history to wheel out.”
