The new Brabham Automotive brand will launch its first project in May

Brabham Automotive will reveal its maiden project in May.

The new venture, led by David Brabham, was revealed on Tuesday following a brief announcement which alluded to the possibility of road and possible race car program under the famous Brabham name.

A further statement has been issued today confirming its first project will be unveiled on May 2. Details regarding the unveiling have not been revealed.

Brabham, son of the late three-time Formula 1 world champion Sir Jack Brabham, has long been planning to bring the family name back to the race track.

“My father had an incredible determination to succeed and, like him, I have worked tirelessly to bring the iconic Brabham name back to the global stage,” said Brabham.

“This new chapter of the Brabham story will continue in the same spirit, but with renewed direction, focus and vigour.

“This announcement makes me feel incredibly proud as we enter a new era for the legendary Brabham name.”

The organisation has now launched a new website which will countdown to the launch in May. comment policy
