Webb, SVG clash in Sydney pit lane

Jonathon Webb and Shane van Gisbergen have clashed both on track and in the pit lane at Sydney Motorsport Park during the Virgin Australia Supercars pre-season test.
The 2016 Bathurst 12 Hour winning team-mates made contact while on track, Webb having stepped into the Tekno Autosports car midway through the morning session.
The incident however didn’t end there, and once both had return to pit lane Webb then visited the Red Bull Holden Racing Team garage.
According to Supercars.com, a verbal slanging match ensued before briefly becoming physical when Webb grabbed van Gisbergen by the race suit.

Members of Triple Eight and Tekno Autosports quickly separated the the pair.
Following the incident, van Gisbergen headed back out on track while Webb returned to the team’s motorhome, having handed the car back to full-time driver Jack Le Brocq.
Testing at Sydney Motorsport Park continues, with the afternoon session running from 1300 to 1700 AEDT.
