Bathurst return for Heritage Touring Cars in 2017

Group A and C machinery will return to Mount Panorama next April, with the Heritage Touring Cars headlining the support card for the Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour.
The HTC last competed at the event in 2015, when it was titled the Bathurst Motor Festival, before electing to skip the venue this year.
Open only to genuine vehicles that raced in the 1973-1992 period, the HTC attracted a category record 30 cars to a recent meeting at Sydney Motorsport Park.
Organisers have confirmed that next year’s Bathurst 6 Hour event will also feature races for Group N touring cars, Production Sports Cars and HQ Holdens.
Porsche Club regularity sessions complete the track action, which culminates with the 6 Hour production car race from 11:30am on Sunday, April 16.
