Aston Martin Le Mans ‘art car’ breaks cover

Aston Martin Racing has unveiled the dazzling livery for its #97 Vantage GTE Pro class contender at this weekend’s Le Mans 24 Hour.
The psychedelic hues are the work of celebrated Stuttgart-based artist Tobias Rehberger.
Art cars have been, on and off, part of the fabric of the great French race for the last few decades.
Designed to reflect automotive moving patterns, the livery is as complex as it is confusing.
Unveiled at the official scrutineering for the field in the heart of the city of Le Mans, the #97 will be driven by Brits Darren Turner and Rob Bell and German Stefan Mucke.
