Hockenheim will host this year's Formula 1 German Grand Prix instead of the Nurburgring.
The German Grand Prix has been shared between the two venues since 2007 with the Nurburgring due to host the race under the arrangement this year.
However, Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone has revealed this year's grand prix will instead remain at Hockenheim after failing to reach an agreement with the new owners at the Nurburgring.
“It's going to be at Hockenheim, we're in the middle of doing something with them. It can't be Nurburgring because there's nobody there,” Ecclestone told Reuters.
“We've got a contract in place (with Hockenheim), we just have to amend the years of the contract. It was alternating with Nurburgring so we'll just take that out.”
The German Grand Prix is due to take place from July 16-19.
