It's a close race between Mark Winterbottom and Jamie Whincup in the prediction polls as to who will perform strongest at this weekend's Chill Perth 360 according to players of the Castrol EDGE V8 Predictor fantasy tipping game.
Both Whincup and Winterbottom have been in the spotlight of late after a grudge match both on and off the track from the previous two rounds of the V8 Supercars Championship.
It's this fierce rivalry which has players of the Castrol EDGE V8 Predictor divided as both drivers have been equally predicted as the standout for the weekend out west.
In 2012 the factory Fords had the speed and tyre preservation powers at Barbagallo Raceway, taking a clean sweep of wins with Winterbottom winning Saturday's race and team-mate Will Davison securing both race wins on Sunday.
However after what Red Bull Racing's team principal Adrian Burgess described as “their worst round in recent memory” in Tasmania last month, Whincup and the entire Red Bull Racing crew will be looking to hit back at Barbagallo.

The Chill Perth 360 at Barbagallo Raceway is taking place this weekend and you have until midnight (AEST) tonight (Friday May 3) to finalise your team.
The event format returns to the 60/60 Super Sprint, first run at Symmons Plains in early April. Race 10 of the championship will be run on Saturday (60/60), followed by two 100km races on Sunday (Races 11 and 12).
All 28 cars will run on the soft compound Dunlop tyre and maximising the tyre life will be critical this weekend
The tough and tight 2.42km circuit is notorious for severe tyre wear, with “tyre degradation” a very real threat. So much so it has been suggested that some teams may even elect to make a pitstop – which are not mandatory for this weekend's round.
If you don't submit predictions before the deadline, you won't score points for this the Chill Perth 360 round but fans can sign-up anytime during the 2013 season with amazing round-by-round prizes also up for grabs.
