Date change for final V8 SuperTourer round at Pukekohe
V8 SuperTourers have been forced to make a scheduling amendment to avoid a clash with V8 Supercars after the Aussie series suddenly shifted the date of its final round.
The V8 Supercars calendar, which had already undergone unforeseen modifications when the Abu Dhabi round was dropped, underwent another change when the date for the final round at Sydney Olympic Park was pushed back by a week.
V8 Supercars said it had ordered the change to avoid clashing with a music festival at the Olympic venue.
