Alex Davison to make V8 SuperTourers debut at Ruapuna

Matt Halliday has been forced to step down from his co-driving role with International Motorsport and will be replaced by Aussie Porsche racer Alex Davison at the final round.

Davison, 33, who is an accomplished Porsche competitor both in Europe and Australia, will share the JA Russell Ltd Falcon with Ant Pedersen at the Mike Pero 350 at Ruapuna from November 23-25.

Halliday is scheduled to have shoulder surgery in the United States where he lives, forcing him to relinquish the seat he has occupied at the previous two long distance races at Taupo and Pukekohe.
