Pepsi has revealed its final colour scheme for the 2012 V8 Supercars season, unveiling a striking new livery on the #51 Pepsi Max Crew Commodore VE.
After two seasons of various colour schemes – from grafitti art to driver-inspired schemes – Pepsi has decided to retain this new red, yellow, orange and blues design for the remaining four events on the V8 calendar.
Regular driver Murphy will team up with IndyCar international Justin Wilson in the Armor All Gold Coast 600 this weekend, and Murphy says he loves his new look race car.
“I think I say this about all the designs, but this one is definitely my favourite,” he said.
“I love the unique pattern and bold colours and to be able to launch it at the Gold Coast event is perfect.”
The Pepsi Max Crew will hit the streets of Surfers Paradise on Friday morning for practice.
