Welcome to the Armor All Summer Grill – Speedcafe.com’s off-season videos, discussing a range of topics in the V8 Supercars Championship.

Thanks to Armor All, Speedcafe.com’s news editor Grant Rowley is joined by V8 Supercars driver Cameron McConville over 18 consecutive days, looking at the key issues in the sport.

The 13th episode of the Armor All Summer Grill features one of V8 Supercars’ biggest off-track stories since the category’s inception – the sale of part of the business.

In May 17, 2011, Tony Cochrane announced that Archer Capital would take a majority stake in ‘The Greatest Show on Wheels,’ giving the teams a considerable financial boost, but in turn, sacrificing a piece of the regular revenue pie.

The new ownership has also seen a new board and commission structure implemented.

Six months since the sale of the business, Speedcafe.com speaks to some of the key men behind the sale, including Tony Cochrane.
