MEDIA RELEASE: The high-performance, heavy-duty, super-charged environment of V8 Supercars has a new major partner with WD-40 today announced as the Official Multi-Use Product of V8 Supercars.
Under a multi-year deal, the partnership will also see the November 20-22 Championship round renamed the WD-40 Phillip Island SuperSprint.

The WD-40 Phillip Island SuperSprint is the penultimate round of the 2015 V8 Supercars Championship, at one of the most historic and scenic racing circuits in Australia – and the world.
V8 Supercars Commercial Director Matt Braid said that V8 Supercars was proud to partner with a household name like WD-40.
“WD-40 is synonymous with quality and the best possible mechanical performance – there wouldn’t be too many garages across Australia without the familiar blue and yellow WD-40 can,” said Braid.
“We’re delighted to partner with such a trusted brand and our 2015 WD-40 Phillip Island SuperSprint is going to be a fantastic event.”
The WD-40 Phillip Island SuperSprint will run over the weekend of November 20-22 at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit in Victoria. Tickets are available from ticketek.com.au.
