V8 Supercars driver Karl Reindler and his sponsor Fair Dinkum Sheds will compete in the ‘Sydney to Gong’ charity bike ride this weekend.
Reindler, driver of the #21 Fair Dinkum Sheds Commodore in the V8 Supercars Championship, will have a team of over 35 riders taking on the 90km scenic trek, raising funds for Multiple Sclerosis.
It will be the third year in a row that Reindler’s sponsor Fair Dinkum Sheds has entered a team.
“Fair Dinkum Sheds are proud to be involved with the MS Sydney to Gong Ride,” says Travis Griffin, Business Manager Fair Dinkum Sheds.
“This is our third trip on the Sydney to Gong ride and we have already exceeded our previous fundraising records. The fundraising efforts are vital to help the people and families living with MS and it’s also Australia’s biggest fundraiser for MS.”
Reindler is regarded as one of V8 Supercars fittest drivers and says he is pleased to help such a worthy cause.
“I didn’t hesitate when asked by Fair Dinkum Sheds to join their team,” says Reindler.
“This is such a fantastic cause and I’m looking forward to the ride and want to encourage as many people as possible to donate.”
Fair Dinkum Sheds is encouraging members of the public to either join or sponsor their team. Each new member of the team will be given a free riders jersey once they raise a minimum of $250 in sponsorship. CLICK HERE to join the Fair Dinkum Sheds team or donate.
Multiple Sclerosis is a disease of the central nervous system affecting more young adult Australians than any other neurological condition.
