Ingall remains on top in Practice 2


Russell Ingall has set the benchmark in Practice 1 and 2
Russell Ingall has remained on top of the time sheets after Practice 2 at Barbagallo Raceway.
The Supercheap Holden clocked a best time of 57.04s around the 2.41km venue to end the session 0.4s adrift of his morning best.
James Moffat (Jim Beam Racing) was second fastest in Practice 2, 0.07s slower than Ingall, while fellow Falcon drivers Tim Slade (Lucky 7 Racing), Jonathon Webb (Mother Energy Racing) and Dean Fiore (Triple F Racing) rounded out the top five.
Steve Owen (VIP Petfoods Racing), Michael Caruso (Fujitsu Racing), Paul Dumbrell (Bottle-O Racing), Tony D’Alberto (Wilson Security Racing), Lee Holdsworth (Fujitsu Racing), Warren Luff (Gulf Western Oils Racing), Greg Murphy (Pepsi Max Crew), Karl Reindler (Fair Dinkum Sheds Racing) and Jason Bargwanna (Jana Living Racing) completed the time sheets for the second and final bottom 50% session.
The championship’s top runners will join the field for Practice 3, to be held at 14:00 local time.
