It has become a popular question in modern day V8 Supercars paddocks – What’s better? The Clipsal 500 or the Bathurst 1000.

Ten years ago, Bathurst would have still been the most popular answer, but with Adelaide’s Clipsal 500 becoming one of the great touring car races in the world, it now rivals Bathurst’s Great Race in the popularity stakes.

Bathurst will always have the history, but which event is better?
