The CAMS Rising Stars has unveiled a striking new livery for its 2011 campain in the Australian Formula Ford Championship.

The Mygales, prepared by Minda Motorsport, will see Jack Le Brocq and Trent Harrison campaign the cars under the Australian Motor Sport Foundation’s driver development banner.

Le Brocq and Harrison tested at their new Mygales at Winton Raceway this week, prior to the Formula Ford opener in Adelaide next month.

The team will also field similarly black and white toned liveries on the State Championship cars for young drivers Callum Mitchell, Jon Collins and Rhys Newman.

Minda team owner Bruin Beasley told Speedcafe.com.au that he is optimistic ahead of the new season of Formula Ford racing.

“The test went very well,” he said.

“We’re ahead of where we thought we’d be. The testing has been productive and both guys have gone extremely well.

“Getting accustomed to the Mygale has been involved, but we’re getting an understanding of it. I’m pretty happy with our progress so far.”
