Thomas Randle will race a Supercar for the first time in this weekend's third round of the Kumho Tyre Australian V8 Touring Car Series at Queensland Raceway.
Randle, who has made a promising move into the Formula Renault Eurocup in recent months, will pilot a Rusty French-owned BA Falcon with backing from French's Skye Sands business.
The Falcon is an ex-Triple Eight machine, campaigned by Craig Lowndes in the Supercars Championship in 2008 before James Moffat and Tim Blanchard steered the car in the Dunlop Super2 Series at Sonic Motorsport.
Jake Kostecki has also driven the car, which French bought earlier this year, in the Kumho Series.
Randle drove another of long-time supporter French's cars in Touring Car Masters at this year's Clipsal 500 Adelaide, but his campaign lasted no longer than the opening practice session when he slipped on oil and crashed at Senna Chicane.
As previously reported by Speedcafe.com, Anton de Pasquale will also make his debut in the category in Paul Morris Motorsport's Triple Eight-built FG Falcon, with sponsorship from Jersey Mike's Subs.
Former V8 Utes racer Nandi Kiss will be another first-timer in V8 Touring Cars, while Aaron Seton returns after his own debut last time out at Winton.
Jason Heck is also back in the field in his ex-FPR Falcon, 12 months on from his headline-grabbing rollover at Queensland Raceway.
Jack Smith leads the series after winning Round 2 at Winton.
V8 Touring Cars supports the Coates Hire Ipswich Super Sprint this weekend, July 28-30.
