Globetrotting entrepreneur Ray Noonan has taken control of the V8 SuperTourer Championship as the category undergoes an executive shake-up.
Noonan has acquired a 12.5 per cent stake in the V8 SuperTourers business through his RPM Promotions firm, which has now acts as the promoter of the second-year class.
After a rather rebellious beginning, Noonan comes in to shore up the category’s business plan and ensure its financial stability. A lifelong motor racing fan, Noonan arrives into the industry as a relative unknown.
