Fate of the Andy Knight Falcon remains in limbo
V8 SuperTourers could know within 24 hours whether its grid will remain at 20 following the fallout from driver Andy Knight’s alleged ‘car jacking’ case earlier this year.
V8ST driver Knight has paid a heavy price, reportedly losing his principal sponsors after the incident at Christchurch in February was leaked to the media last month.
After hopping into a woman’s car whom Knight did not know, he asked her to pick up a couple of friends and then drop them all off at St Albans.
